BUILDING SERVICES
REFLECTIVE ESSAY
This module allows me to
know the principles services systems that are normally within a
building like ventilation systems, telecommunications, storm water
management , sewerage disposal and treatment , cold water and hot water supply,
and I also knew that each of the building services should based
on the essential needs of Uniform Building By Law (UBBL)
At the end of this module, I am able to gain better the understanding and information of the building services on preparing Bill of Quantities (BQ) and for the estimating purposes. I may simply justify the relevant data like principles, space implications and regulations for water system, liquid waste disposal, storm water management, ventilation and telecommunication services. I will simply differentiate the installation of varied styles of services in a building. At last, I'd thanks to our lecturer, Mr. Kam Kenn Jhun for teaching us and giving us such helpful information regard of the building services. This information and knowledge are incredibly vital and helpful to me within the future.
