REFLECTIVE ESSAY
In this four month lecture, I have learned many knowledge regarding management science. I start get to know the basic knowledge of the management. There are many topics i have learnt in management science like introduction to management, work team, work motivation, strategic management,information management, time management, communcation and etc. All of these lectures gave me a lot of knowledge about management science.
I very appreciate to my lecture, Mr.Leong to teach us this subject. He explains well to all of us and also make sure that we understanding well about the management science. In the end of this semester, I am able to develop awareness and understanding of the different types of management tools in the construction industry. At last, this subject is very important to our future industry work.
